Language Accessory Pack for Microsoft Office Newer Versions

If you’ve been trying to remove the Windows Installer versions, but you keep getting an error message that says, “Office installed using Click-to-Run and Windows Installer on the same computer is not supported,” this might be because you haven’t yet uninstalled all Office versions from your Windows 7 computer.

You might face an error if you try to install Office 365 or a standalone Office 2016 or 2013 application. For instance, the utilization of Project, Skype for Business, Visio, or OneDrive for Business on a computer that is presently equipped with a 2013 or 2016 version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus or Microsoft Office Standard.

An additional concern may be residual files from previously deleted applications on the system. If you have both the 2013 and 2016 versions of Office products installed on your computer, you cannot use them together.

To resolve this matter, adhere to the guidelines regarding removing the Windows Installer version of Office from a Windows device when attempting to uninstall Office 2013, Office 2016, or Office 365.

Subsequently, you may attempt the MS Office installation again that you were attempting before encountering the error message.
